Return Process

Log in to your ACwO account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or replace within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Quality Verification
Upload clear photos or a short video of the earbuds demonstrating the technical defect or physical damage to help our team expedite the approval process.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories.
- 4.Resolution
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will initiate a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
